Hi, I’m Alison
Since I was a little girl, I have been capturing moments on my camera. A creative soul, I am a landscape photographer, focused on capturing the natural world around me - from the iconic elegance of tall palm trees, to eclectic urban street art, as well as the complexity of nighttime photography.
Born in London, United Kingdom, my family moved around the world when I was young; I was raised for a period of time in the Middle East and returned there in my twenties.
Palm trees 🌴featured as a constant backdrop, and my joy for photographing them began.
Fast forward several years to California, where the classic palm tree appears tirelessly along Californian roadways, deserts, driveways, and atop hillsides.
To me, palm trees signify strength, stability, and possess a timeless elegance 🌴.
The road to becoming a photographer has not been linear for me.
After completing my studies in the United Kingdom, I spent a solid twenty years working in the international-humanitarian relief sector, as well as the traditional Corporate world, and realized that my creative soul was yearning for more, and that’s when photography found me!
Photography and travel are two of my greatest loves and I try to combine the two, wherever possible. I enjoy showcasing the beauty of where I am at any given moment, and feel connected to my work on a deep personal level, sometimes making it hard to share, but I also feel proud to showcase the beauty of places I’ve been lucky enough to see.

Over the years, I have developed my own unique signature style, using photography as a form of creative expression.
All the photographic prints on my site have been captured using my iPhone (in Southern California, and Florida, both areas close to my heart 💚)!
